Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed within 7–10 business days after the item is received. Refunds will be issued through the same method used for payment (for cash on delivery orders, refunds will be arranged via bank transfer or store credit).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
